Are Tiny Associates’s products vegan?

Yes, except The Antioxidant Skin Supplement 02 (contains collagen peptides derived from fish).

Are Tiny Associates’s skincare products microbiome-gentle?

Yes. Skin microbiome-tested with the latest technology.

Why are Tiny Associates’s products fragrance-free?

Because fragrances are neither good for the skin, nor the skin’s microbiome.

Are Tiny Associates’s food supplements bioavailable?

Yes. Laboratory-tested to prove it (they have passed a disintegration test, which is a prerequisite for bioavailability).

Are Tiny Associate's food supplements tested for their bioactive compounds?

Yes. Laboratory-tested.

Are Tiny Associates’s products free from palm oil?

Tiny Associates’ products do not contain palm oil as a singular ingredient. However, palm oil is used to develop some of our so-called palm derivatives. All our palm derivatives are RSPO-certified, which means that the palm oil used is sustainably sourced.

Why are there no probiotics in Tiny Associates’s skincare products?

In contrast to pre- and postbiotics, probiotics are living organisms. While probiotics hold immense potential, there is not enough evidence on the effect of current probiotic strains on the skin. Instead, TinyAssociates’ skincare products contain pre- and postbiotics, for which there is scientific evidence of having a beneficial effect.

Where are Tiny Associates’s products manufactured?

In Sweden.

Tiny Associates offers debit and credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro.

Which countries does Tiny Associates ship to?

At the moment Tiny Associates offers shipping within the EU, Schengen, United States, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mexico
and Brazil.

Please note that international non-EU parcels may be subject to customs charges in your home country. Any customs, import charges, or local taxes that are imposed on orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tiny Associates ships all international orders via UPS.

What is Tiny Associates’s return policy?

Tiny Associates will accept returns on defective/damaged unused items within 14 days from the delivery date.
