Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products at TINYASSOCIATES.com. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order at TINYASSOCIATES.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at TINYASSOCIATES.com for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by TINY ASSOCIATES as the party responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, credit assessments and to provide offers and catalog information to you. The information you provide is only available to TINY ASSOCIATES and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request TINY ASSOCIATES to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the TINY ASSOCIATES Terms and Conditions, you agree to the above. All prices on TINYASSOCIATES.com include 25% Swedish VAT and the choices of currency are Swedish Krona (SEK), Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD).
The prices TINYASSOCIATES.com charges for our products do not include payment for shipping charges, billing or handling charges, packaging fees and/or customs duty. If you reside in a country outside of the EU and/or order products to be delivered to a country outside the EU, additional taxes and charges may apply.
Please note that if your delivery address is located in a country outside the EU, the VAT on products will be deducted at checkout.


All products remain TINY ASSOCIATES’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from TINY ASSOCIATES.
All transfers conducted through TINY ASSOCIATES are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for each transaction made.

Shipping policy

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders are shipped within Europe, as well as to the United States, South Korea, Singapore and China. For in-stock items your order should be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after order verification and credit approval. Shipping rates do not include import fees that may be charged when the package reaches your country of residence.

Right of withdrawal

When a customer makes a purchase, a 14 day withdrawal period applies in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Right of withdrawal means that you as a consumer have the right to withdraw your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the day you or a person specified by you received the ordered product.

Return policy

Please contact TINY ASSOCIATES before returning any items. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that it is accurate and error free. To make a complaint, the customer must contact TINY ASSOCIATES and give relevant information about the reason for complaint.
For returns, please send an email to customer@tinyassociates.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Product(s) to be returned
• Reason for return
• Photos of product
• Email address
• Phone number

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. TINY ASSOCIATES is not responsible for any return Customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. TINY ASSOCIATES suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

TINY ASSOCIATES will make a refund of eligible returns.

Should you make an error when ordering at TINYASSOCIATES.com, you have the option to return your order. If you wish to make an exchange, you have to place a new order.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund meets the return policy criteria. If approved, we will refund the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Transportation damage

Faulty products can only be refunded if the products' functionality or value has not diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain their characteristics or function. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932), you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify TINY ASSOCIATES within 14 days after you have detected that the products are defective. If TINY ASSOCIATES considers the products to be defective, TINY ASSOCIATES will make a full refund. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items will be made within a 30 day period following delivery.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, TINY ASSOCIATES reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.


The trademarks, names and logos (common trademarks) displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of TINY ASSOCIATES. Written permission from TINY ASSOCIATES is required for use of the trademark, image or video from the site.


We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers who wish to make a complaint are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on the website.


These terms are in accordance with Swedish law. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms, we will comply with the decision of the Resolution Committee or the corresponding authority in each country.

Force majeure

Events outside TINY ASSOCIATES’s control which are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered force majeure, meaning that TINY ASSOCIATES is released from TINY ASSOCIATES’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargoes, fires or floods, sabotage, accidents, wars, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively (for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.).
